LeahTravels: My Favorite Cafes in Siargao

Hey everyone! Since we’re still stuck indoors (hoping this pandemic will end soon), I just want to share two of my favorite cafes in Siargao. I haven’t shared anything yet from my recent trip to Siargao, but I have so much stories to tell and I would like to start with this. I love everything about this island, the vibe, the people, the beaches, the beautiful resorts, the food and the cafes. I’m hoping to buy a property and live there someday. Yes, that’s how much I love Siargao.

There are so many cute cafes in the island, but these two are my favorites. They have that rustic, minimalist vibe. Both are such instagramable places and that’s not all, I have a favorite drink from each cafes too!

LeahTravels: Bantayan Island (The Most Beautiful Island in Cebu)

Hey everyone! I’m back with a new travel b/vlog! 🙂

Last February 8, Eric and I celebrated our 3rd year anniversary. We had a late celebration, but celebrated for four days from February 9-12 and went to one of the most amazing islands we’ve been to and (for me) the most beautiful island in Cebu. Welcome to Bantayan Island! We booked our flights via Airasia, hotel via Agoda, and booked at Anika Resort, Bantayan Island, Cebu. Getting to Bantayan Island took us a total of 4 hours from Mactan Cebu International Airport. It was a 3 hour drive to Hagnaya Port and a 1 hour Roro ride to the island. From the port, a van was already waiting for us to bring us to the resort. We had an amazing stay in Anika. The resort was clean, beautiful, and affordable too! We also explored some amazing places like Oboob Mangrove Park, Paradise beach and Virgin Island. Paradise beach and Virgin Island have the finest and softest sand I’ve ever felt (just thinking about it makes me miss Bantayan so much)!❤

LEAHTRAVELS: PRE-BIRTHDAY TRIP TO OSAKA JAPAN (SOLO TRAVELLER ITINERARY)

Last September 29 to October 3, I travelled solo again to celebrate my birthday in Osaka. Japan has always been on my travel bucket list, but I was too afraid to go because of all the earthquake news I’d hear every time I planned to visit. This year, as I celebrate my 32nd birthday, I swallowed my fears and booked a ticket to Osaka. This trip was one of the best solo trips I’ve ever done. I literally crossed-out everything on my itinerary and it felt so fulfilling.

MY FITNESS JOURNEY: A year after

Hey guys!!! I just wanted to update you all with my fitness progress. It’s been a year since my last update and honestly I’ve been inconsistent. Right now I’m trying to get back on track and decided to get a fitness coach from the #KPFitness team.

Again, disclaimer: I am not a fitness expert, nutritionist, or a fitness trainer, I am just writing this blog to let you know how I started, what worked for me, and to inspire those who want to start their own fitness journey. Also, I just got back on track, so please bear with my photos and writing. Thank you!
