MY FITNESS JOURNEY: A year after
Hey guys!!! I just wanted to update you all with my fitness progress. It’s been a year since my last update and honestly I’ve been inconsistent. Right now I’m trying to get back on track and decided to get a fitness coach from the #KPFitness team.
Again, disclaimer: I am not a fitness expert, nutritionist, or a fitness trainer, I am just writing this blog to let you know how I started, what worked for me, and to inspire those who want to start their own fitness journey. Also, I just got back on track, so please bear with my photos and writing. Thank you!
LEAHTRAVELS: FIRST TIME IN TAIWAN (Solo Traveller Itinerary)
Last March 24-27, I travelled to Taipei, Taiwan. Taiwan was one of the places to visit on my travel bucket list because of the beautiful scenery, structures, and of course the must try milk teas and street food! I stayed at a simple hotel in Ximen. My room was at the top floor with a beautiful view of the city, had a bathtub and was walking distance to the night market of Ximending. I booked my flight via Air Asia, my hotel from Agoda and my tours via Klook. This was the first time I travel solo again after how many years, and the first time I travelled alone outside the Philippines.
TALENT MOMMYGER DIARIES (VLOG 4)
Hey guys! Finally, I’m back vlogging! Here’s another vlog in the life of a Talent Mommyger!
For this vlog, I tried filming and show my entire day, what I do on a regular work day. I’ll also be showing some clips from an event we attended for Quaker! I hope you’ll enjoy watching this, and my apologies in advance… I was so busy and look haggard on this vlog! Still learning how to film right! Hahaha! 🙂
LEAHTRAVELS: Exploring Iloilo
Last February 24-27, we travelled to one of the most historical islands here in the Philippines, Iloilo. Located in the Visayas Region, Iloilo was one of the places to visit on my bucket list because I really wanted to see historical structures and architecture like churches and old houses in the Philippines. We stayed in this simple and affordable beach resort, Bearland in Tigbauan. I super loved their huge pool which connects to the bar.
