LEAHTRAVELS: MT. ULAP – A DREAM COME TRUE

Hey guys! Here’s another travel blog! But before anything else, I’d like to apologize in advance, because this blog will have a lot of photos!!! A LOT! ๐Ÿ˜› It’s been a dream of mine to climb Mt. Ulap for as long as I can remember! It all started the first time I went trekking in Batad, Ifugao, and saw the sea of clouds over Sagada, people were talking about how beautiful Mt. Ulap was. And since you all know how fascinated I am with the clouds, I immediately researched all about Mt. Ulap, and that started my dream! I thought that if I could climb Mt. Ulap, I’d be able to touch and taste the clouds! Yes, you read it right… TASTE! And it tasted nothing! Hahaha!

Reunion at La Union

Iโ€™ve been working in the entertainment and advertising industry for almost 10 years, and have kept contact with my first ever work family for almost 8 years. As we celebrate our 8th year of friendship and being a family, we decided to have a three day trip to La Union. Our first ever beach trip all together (except with our former boss, who migrated and is now living in Canada). Eight years with this crazy bunch, and our family is getting bigger.

LEAHTRAVELS: MT. SAWI – A DAYHIKE WITH THE “UN-SAWI” COUPLE

It was 4:45amย on May 5 as we started walking towards the summit of Mt. Sawi. I was intrigued with its name, “Mt. Sawi.” The locals didn’t give a lot of information, but as the old story goes, the mountain was named after the suicide story of a girl who was heart broken. Damn! I heard a lot of stories similar to that, but she got the mountain, dude, and that was crazy! So I did my research about this mountain and saw the “Myth of Mt. Sawi”.

My Travel Skin Care Must Haves (Summer 2018)

Hey guys! I just want to share my summer skin care must haves when travelling. Summer season is about to end, but since the weather here in the Philippines is basically summer all year long, I think that these skin care essentials should still be on your list when travelling especially when travelling around the country.

Whether youโ€™re off on an epic road trip, heading to the beach to get a tan, or just want to get lost and appreciate the beauty of nature by hiking, these travel-friendly skin care products are what you need to be totally summer ready. Some of these favorites are even in travel size containers that can be brought on short trips, because they save space in your travel vanity kit.

These skin care products are the must-haves on my list and I divided them into three parts: before sun, after sun, and before going to bed.
