Last February 24-27, we travelled to one of the most historical islands here in the Philippines, Iloilo. Located in the Visayas Region, Iloilo was one of the places to visit on my bucket list because I really wanted to see historical structures and architecture like churches and old houses in the Philippines. We stayed in this simple and affordable beach resort, Bearland in Tigbauan. I super loved their huge pool which connects to the bar.

LEAHTRAVELS: Coron, Palawan – Breathtakingly Beautiful
Last November 6-9, we travelled to one of the most beautiful beach destinations in the Philippines, Coron in Palawan. It was our first time in Coron and the entire experience was amazing. It was more than what we expected and planned for, and it was totally worth it.
LEAHTRAVELS: MT. ULAP – A DREAM COME TRUE
Hey guys! Here’s another travel blog! But before anything else, I’d like to apologize in advance, because this blog will have a lot of photos!!! A LOT! 😛 It’s been a dream of mine to climb Mt. Ulap for as long as I can remember! It all started the first time I went trekking in Batad, Ifugao, and saw the sea of clouds over Sagada, people were talking about how beautiful Mt. Ulap was. And since you all know how fascinated I am with the clouds, I immediately researched all about Mt. Ulap, and that started my dream! I thought that if I could climb Mt. Ulap, I’d be able to touch and taste the clouds! Yes, you read it right… TASTE! And it tasted nothing! Hahaha!

Never not chasing the sun! 🙂
LEAHTRAVELS: MT. BATULAO – MY FIRST TRAVERSE TRAIL
Last April 22, we went hiking at Mt. Batulao in Batangas. As a spontaneous adventuress, I don’t research about the places we go to before going there, I do that after. That’s how spontaneous I am. Haha! While walking on the trail and talking to our guide, I found out that Mt. Batulao is the second highest mountain in Batangas and that the highest mountain there is Mt. Maculot. I was shocked because we climbed the highest one first before the others! (baliktad mamsh! Hahaha!) Check out our Maculot hike here. Mt. Maculot was the hardest climb I’ve ever done and Mt. Batulao is probably the third. My second hardest was trekking at Batad Banaue, Ifugao going to Tappia Falls (my second hike ever, early 2016).
